Our commercial work covers professional offices, retail shops, and small warehouses in the Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan industrial areas. Each has its own quirks, and we plan the schedule around what has to be running first.

Planning the day
It starts with a walk through of both locations. We count workstations, measure large equipment, check dock and elevator access, and ask what has to be working again first thing.
From that we build a numbered floor plan so every desk, chair, and box has a spot in the new space before it leaves the old one.
Staff get a short packing guide and labeled crates, then go home while we do the rest of the job overnight or over a weekend.
Off hours and weekend moves
Most office moves run Friday evening through Sunday. The crew arrives after the last employee leaves and has workstations assembled and connected before Monday morning.
For businesses that run every day of the week, we phase the move by department so someone is always available to answer the phone.
Equipment and technology
Computers, monitors, and network gear are labeled by user, wrapped in anti static material, and transported in padded crates rather than loose in a box. Server racks travel in their own case and are never stacked under anything else.
Winter moves add a step. Equipment that has been sitting in a cold truck needs time to reach room temperature before it is powered back on, and we build that into the schedule.
Cleared for the new lease
If your lease requires the old space returned in a certain condition, we can remove leftover furniture and debris as part of the same job rather than booking a second crew for it.
